"I went to the allentown location to purchase lumber which I needed to have cut. I was told by the saleman that they do not cut lumber. I was referred to them by my neighbor who recently purchased lumber and had it cut there. In addition, the saleman was not helpful, rude and made me feel EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. I will not return to this location. If you are looking to purchase lumber that you need cut do not go to them. "THEY DO NOT CUT LUMBER" as stated by the sales person."

"Ordering experience was easy, I asked for a quote online for everything I needed and was given one. Went to the store two months later and they pulled it up. Surprisingly though the price didn’t change at all even through Lowes down the street dropped $7 per board in those two months. But I was looking for better quality than lowes. Had the $1200+ order of wood delivered, which was awesome that no one had to be home. But was left with a few less than desirable pieces. Ordering was easy, delivery was effortless, and most of the wood is great. But some isn’t and is on par with what I would’ve expected from lowes."

"Went to 84 Lumber, walked in and was greeted promptly. Asked if they had the lumber I was looking for (and they did), had it cut to size and walked out a happy customer!"

"Empolyees are angry in the lumber dept. Ask for some pallets to be brought down and they make you feel like the sky is falling. They show how angry, frustrated and time constrained the employees in PRO SERVICES are. This is a direct reflect of Management trying to save money on employee costs or they are not aware of how bad the situation is. Better luck going to a different store if you need lumber."
