"I've been employed here since 2010, before that, with Vinterio ( a division of Danzer ) for 2 1/2 years, dating back to 2006. It's not a bad place to work, and there are some opportunities for advancement. While Danzer, like many companies this size and of the manufacturing process can be confusing to many, there IS a method to their madness! This company provides " above average " benefits ( which is valuable to the employees...whether they realize it or not! ), and in my working careers, this is definitely one of the best benefits packages I've been entitled to by an employer. While ALL jobs can be improved upon, this place isn't as bad as some make it out to be! I've been here for years, and I'm picky! Ha-ha-ha!"
