"They lied about filing our taxes on time and made multiple errors that we had to ask to be corrected."
"Very disappointed with my service here. They came recommended, but ended up making many errors. First there were errors on my taxes that I asked to be corrected. Second, they forgot to file my taxes. I had to demand proof that my taxes were filed after a month of being told they were filed. They lied to me on the phone multiple times that the taxes had been filed. Finally I received a call back that they forgot to file them. I asked to have a a discount on my tax services. They gave me $18 off, for a $180 bill. I was incredibly disappointed and would not recommend utilizing them. Making errors and then lying is just bad business."
