Spa Sapphire

"I am NOT happy with the customer service at this Spa. I had spoken to several people at the Spa over the last couple of weeks trying to get appts a friend and I. The first call, the girl was very nice and said that she would work on trying to get us in on the day/time we wanted. Got another call confirming details but said it was still being worked on. After a couple days of not hearing anything, I called and spoke w/Angie, the manager, and she stated it was being worked on and I would be called back. I never got another call, and today I got a confirmation of appt. I called in and said no one ever called to confirm so I couldn't make it. I then received a call from the manager, Angie, and she kept continually saying that there were notes in the computer that I was called with the appts. After several mins of this, and me telling her I never got a call, I told her that you don't argue with a customer. She should have said, I'm sorry, there must have been a miscommunication, and I would like to help you reschedule. Instead she infuriated me and I hung up. If I had gotten the confirmation I would have planned on going or called immediately to let them know I couldn't. Terrible customer service for trying to schedule a relaxing appt."

"A great place to relax! One of my favorite spa’s. If you schedule a massage, hair or nails appointment it includes the relaxation and ambiance in the rain or steam shower. Amazing."

"I've been a customer from 3 buildings ago. My daughter grew up around the haircuts and had birthday parties there. I love the products and massages. Great for gifts anyone would love it. Best to pamper is the 3 hour package. Every person I referred was not disappointed and went back on a regular bases. I wonderfully relaxing experience."

"My bridesmaids and I made bookings for massages and manicures last Friday before my Sunday wedding in the area. As it was a Friday, we were lucky that the spa was not crowded and we enjoyed relaxing in the lounge room and had it, for the most part, to ourselves. Everyone was generally pleased with the massages. However the manicures really fell below expectations. For the prices charged, I really expected much better service and quality. I got a gel french manicure and I would have had it re-done Saturday before my wedding if I had the time, as it had very obvious flaws and didn’t look well-done. Extra gel was hanging off the sides of my nails where it hadn’t dried properly, the lines of the french manicure were not clear and were uneven on different nails. The technician was very friendly, but I could have gotten a better manicure elsewhere for 1/3 the price."
