"I was having a week and desperately wanted to get my hair done for a boost. I’ve had trouble with finding salons before but I came across Thallo & gave them a call. Jamie fit me in right away & right from my entry I felt like I knew her forever. We spoke the whole time & she gave the best scalp massage I’ve ever had. At the end, the results were superior to any other salon visit before. I definitely found my go to stylist and I couldn’t be more happy! I definitely recommend!"

"Very disappointed heard amazing things about this place, and the staff. Booked an appointment for my nails to get done. When in there were 2 girls at the front desk I let them know that I was there for my appointment they proceeded to glance at each other and snicker. One of them said, oh yeah she's not here today I tried calling you to cancel. When in fact my phone never rang. They both snickered again while glancing at me. Very disappointed in their lack of unprofessionalism. To walk into a place of a business and be laughed at. Negative 10 out of 10 would not recommend."

"YES! I have never felt more at home in a salon than I do at Batty Fang. The aesthetic is EVERYTHING - plants galore, nifty trinkets, coffee and water are offered in the lounge area. Not to mention THE TEAM! Everyone is mega welcoming and you can tell they all pick each other up. They offer a wide array of incredible services, and everyone is wildly talented. Tatum gave me the best haircut I've ever had. I haven't felt this great about my hair in years. I highly recommend checking out Tatum and the rest of the team!"
