"Needed a pair of comfortable shoes whilst on holiday and popped in to Comfort one. Customer service was very good, we were warmly welcomed and attended to right from when we stepped in and the Lady who saw us was very happy to advice on size,appropriate fit for the shoes I eventually got after trying a few sizes! She was happy for me to try various sizes and gave advice on care of the products to ensure they last and how long to wear them for to break them in. I returned a few days later as I had blisters from a few long walks in the shoes and the gentleman I met this time confirmed the size I got was correct and helped to adjust them. For the shoes I wanted they had a good range & variety. I was impressed with the staff knowledge and care shown on the 2 occasions. I compared the price for my purchase to online prices and they were competitive so happy to shop there again."
