Brad was very knowledgeable and explained what the scan's results meant (my partner needed inserts to combat diff arch sizes). He also patiently helped my partner try on a variety of shoe sizes and styles. It was just a friendly atmosphere with great customer service!"

"Should NOT be an authorized Birkenstock store. Attempted to get my Birkenstock sandals repaired here and after a LONG delay (more than three months due to the tape on the sandals that you see in the photos), they returned the sandals in worse condition (what is up with the tape??!), overcharged me, and tried to sell me expensive “cork protection” spray when I voiced my displeasure with the result. The sandals have since broken again due extremely poor quality repair (glue). I assure you I will not be returning and will not recommend to others. Comfort one shoes, you owe me a new pair of Birkenstocks."
