"Very rude people especially in the evening. I have to be here many times because of the meeting with someone. And order espresso cups, stop serving espresso in a tall cup of Americano coffee. Be professional and deserve the expensive prices that you have"

"I have really tried with this location but I just cant not leave a review at this point. This time when i picked him my horribly made coffee with no whipped cream, It actually made me sad inside. All I could think was how bad I feel for the people who live in springfield and have no other starbucks to choose from on this side of town! I live in woodbridge. I know better than to get my coffee here but I needed to get to the trader joes before it was super busy and ordered! The wait for coffee is the worst in the region even worse than the washington dc stores! They did add the whipped cream when i asked. I didn’t know any but they couldn’t fix the lack of espresso. I would ask to remake it but i know it wouldn’t be any better so i threw it out and I’ll buy another one in woodbridge on worth ave on my way home. Springfield deserves better than this sorry excuse for a store."

"Usually very consistent and reliable drinks here. This morning was anomalous with only two youngins behind the bar and about 50 people crammed in the store waiting for their orders. Outside of the obvious labor shortage this AM where ppl were waiting upwards of 45 minutes for their orders. I didn't see the manager step up to help get any drink order caught up but then maybe they were more concerned with finding new hires."

I highly recommend ordering a: Large Carmel Crunch Frappuccino +Line the cup with caramel +Breve +Extra Whip +Extra Caramel Drizzle +Extra Caramel Crunch 8 pumps of dark caramel sauce and be sure to get a spoon and eat it like a Frostie from Wendy's :) Super Delicious!"
