"I wish I would have gotten to meet the Dr. Unfortunately after an hour and a half my chart still remained on the receptionist desk. Although the staff seemed polite enough the office was very disorganized and behind in seeing patients. Multiple patients complained about the wait and other patient being seen before them. I decided to leave and requested a refund of my copay. No one even apologized for the wait. The office is old and outdated. The space is very small and I easily overheard patients speaking with staff about their condition. Very disappointed."
