"Had ordered food off the app and it was my first time using the app. So when I went to go pick up thru the drive thru I told the lady that I ordered on line so I drove around and she gave me a cost I told her I paid online she gets smart and says we'll if u paid on line thru the app then u should of said that I told her that already but she was very snappy about it. I won't be dealing with this dunkin anymore , attitude was horrible at the drive thru for no reason. They need someone that knows how to treat customers at the drive thru."

"Tell me why one of the employees went straight from touching the trash to touching the food. That's disgusting. To be fair, the service isn't normally like that, but still. Please make sure your employees handle the food in a sanitary way. I won't be returning to this Dunkin'"

"Hands down the best Dunkin' I've been to in somd. I go frequently in the mornings before work (6:20-6:45ish). The drive thru is EXTREMELY fast and the drinks/food are always great."

"In the past this location would struggle with my order every-time. I complained and saw on local pages others did too. Well, I’m coming back to happily report they listened! Lately- I’ve been a loyal customer for months and have had no issues with order accuracy. The staff are much more attentive than they use to be and while there are occasionally out of stock items, it’s not nearly as often as it used to be. I use the mobile app to order and frequently am greeted by name with it. Using the app to pay and apply coupons/rewards is easily done and staff are knowledgeable on how to use it which I appreciate! Thank you to all the workers at this location for hard work to earn this customer back— your dedication has been noticed!"
