Shouldn’t be seated that long without even getting silverware or drinks. If you’re understaffed, then acknowledge that."

"Managers ruin the atmosphere. Didnt like I had my esd 4lb dog in a carrier there. Not military or family friendly. 4 tables in house an they complained my dog didn't need to be there. Waiter had to tell us, he got in trouble in for it and wasn't his fault."

"Laplata Ihop is always a good choice for a good menu selection. The menu has been redone recently. New items and lots of different choices. The restaurant is clean. The waitress was friendly and kept checking in on us. I have never had bad food here. I would give them 8 out of 10 stars. Something for everyone to eat here."
