It's had quite a few issues he's been working hard and diligently to make sure that my car that everything is fixed and fixed correctly and is running smoothly."

My customer service person was Blake. He’s a very nice person who treats you with caring and respect. Also he’s a calm person who doesn’t act as though you’re taking up his time. "My basic oil change service recently was my best one yet! Will Chambers was my service advisor and he was phenomenal!!! He was thorough, informative, kind, honest, respectful and he seemed to really care about the health and well being of my car!! He had the best genuine customer service I have ever experienced from a Honda dealer and I have driven Honda’s for 20 years. He should train and teach ALL service advisors. If I could encounter him at every visit I would hands down bring my car more often because I really felt like I could trust him and his expertise; especially as a woman bringing my vehicle."

"I went for the End of Summer service yesterday. I was greeted curbside by Justin Banks, Service Advisor. I really love the social distancing and everyone wears masks. I like that you receive a message from your service advisor so you can send them a message if you have any questions while your car is being serviced. Justin explained the details of the service, and everything that’s is needed after the examination of my vehicle, including costs. He escorted me to the cashier and as I left, was a nice gentleman and held open the door. As a senior citizen I appreciated all of his kindness and how informative and professional he was. I also loved the outdoor benches they have where you can sit and wait for your vehicle outside in the fresh air. Great job Pohanka."
