"Good Day. District Manager for the 8901 Walker mill road location. I had the pleasure of been assisted By Ms. Eva and Mr. ”T” Tevian . I had an awful experience with the car plus total care staff. the staff there was rude and had no customer service empathy. I came over to advance auto parts, and Ms. Eva took a look at my car and my battery, and gave me everything I needed with extreme professionalism and ultimate customer care. Then she handed me off to Mr. T who actually install the battery for me and make my experience at advanced auto parts worth the wait to get issue resolved.
