"I had problems with my Order of 2 Breakfast Sandwiches that had the wrong meat on it and half of the Crossaint was completely burnt. I didn't realize it till I got to my destination. With several calls to the Accokeek Store my calls did Not go thru. Then I placed a Complaint to the Corporate Office who stated they would give my complaint to a District Mgr. Never did anyone call me after 2 calls to the Corporate Office. I finally stopped back to the Store that I originally received the mixup in my previous. I asked to speak to the Mgr and She happened to be taking the Orders at the window. She had me to drive up to the window and apologized. She fixed the 2 Breakfast Sandwiches and of course had me to check them out. They were perfect and I thanked her for her service and understanding my complaint. She was going to express my concerns to the Staff. I really appreciated the Mgr and her Excellent Caring Concerns."

"Is this what the hashbrowns look like at this location! Yes! I’ve never gotten 5 hashbrowns from a dunkin that look like this! This is crazy and when I mentioned it to the girl at the window (crickets). This is unacceptable!!! I was just there 5 mins ago smh!"

"I love me some Dunkin, but this location isn’t the best spot. The coffee is always good but the donuts never taste fresh. Ordering through drive through is a little difficult because of language barrier with the employees not speaking fluent English too"

"Why can’t they repeat the order back to you before you pay like every other fast food place? You think you’re ordering one sandwich but they’re doing 2 because they don’t pay attention. By the time you’ve realized the error, you’ve already slid your card. Didn’t want to be late so said it would be fine. Guess I’m having the other one for lunch. Not happy. This used to be the best Dunkin but it has fallen off."

"Most of the workers are amazing and they are super sweet when mistakes happen and I’m patient with it cause I’ve worked in customer service before so I know things happen. What I won’t tolerate is basically being told I’m the problem when I’m a clearly not the issue. I have ordered twice from the app simply adding the signature drinks without any changes except for the sizing to my order which always comes with whipped cream. There is an option to choose No Whipped cream but the default is to have it on there. And on my mobile order whipped cream is included. When I went to get my order whipped cream is on neither drink. I go to show them the mobile order because I can’t fake something on their app and whoever I guess it’s been the manager both the times this has happened, said that one drink printed it out and another didn’t so basically I’m the issue and need to say put whipped cream. I tried to tell her that I did and show her but she kept pushing back like printers/computers can’t mess up. And this has happened twice now. BUT there are times I do the exact same thing, choose the same order and this wasn’t a problem so the issue is in their side. Which I know things happen and it’s just whipped cream but don’t come over to me saying this was our problem before you need to do this and this and I have literally said I HAVE BEEN DOING THAT. like I really don’t understand why a serving a whipped cream is that hard to provide hahahaha."
