"First off I order from here A LOT but this may be it for me. The “night” Manager Marcy (I believe this was her name) said that she would replace our bbq wings but we would need to return the wings they sent. We already waited for our dinner over an hour on a Monday night. This is the best they could do. This manager was terrible at making this situation right. I’ve ordered in the past and I always said the good thing about this dominos is when an order was messed up they make it right. Well not this time and not with this night manager. The back and forth over the phone over $9 bbq wings is an absolute shock. I cannot believe she demanded the wings back too. To paint a picture of how this Dominos is being operated (and mind you I understand mistakes but it’s too frequent) they frequently forget my drinks and dipping sauces. They have delivered to the wrong house and had to reorder the food. They rarely add extra cheese when you order it as one of your toppings, same with the others toppings VERY little. This is a very poorly managed Dominos and it’s sad to say because it was not always this way. I really hope someone of importance sees this and does something about how things are being run starting with the “night” manager."

"Should have looked at the food before we left the store. Everything looked good except for the chicken alfredo. It must have burnt because we did not get a full portion and the sauce was almost nonexistent. Next time, if there is a next time, I will open the boxes and look at food. I can't believe we paid that much for the meal and it wasn't anywhere close to being worth the money for it."
