"My favorite place of all times. Recently they change the pick up set up. I spent 10 min waiting for my online order just to be handed to me. What is the benefit of ordering online if you need to wait for someone to hand it to you? My time waisted.. had to wait for peoples orders to be taken BEFORE getting my food. Will reconsider updating my review if they change this."

"I’m contemplating engaging the Virginia Health Department! My wife and I just left this establishment and I have utter contempt! My very 1st time eating in Panera Bread Richmond Highway and it was a disaster. We decided to switch seats away from the window which in retrospect provided some mental relief. While maybe halfway through our salads my wife noticed a mouse near the fountain. To my absolute horror, once I turned to look, I saw a total of 4 FOUR mice near and on the table we just left!! We abruptly decide to leave ignoring the food we left at the table. I decided to alert the cashier whom asked another gentlemen to speak with me. I had an Erie feeling they’ve heard this message prior. They advised the exterminator was there earlier today to treat the restaurant. DO NOT EAT AT PANERA ALEXANDRIA RICHMOND HIGHWAY!!"

"I typically enjoy Panera but this was the second time at this location the food was not right and was pretty terrible. I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt. It is supposed to have chicken, avocados, peppers, gouda cheese and Cilantro and sauce. I also added pickled onions and tomatoes to it and extra chipotle sauce. When I got the sandwich home it had barely any chicken and a tomato on it..no avocado, cheese, chipotle sauce, peppers or onions. It was a terrible sandwich and hard to believe I paid over $10 and waited 25 minutes to get it."

"I ordered the Pick 2 Half Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken and Toasted Frontega Chicken. Everything was good but my bag of chips was opened already which I was mad at because I was looking forward to it. Otherwise then that, the service was speedy and the food was delicious."
