"The dryer didn’t work properly. Paid $200 for the dryer and &100 for delivery and installation. The installer didn’t know what he was doing. I had to help carry the dryer downstairs and pretty much installed it myself. After returning the dryer and my inconvenience, they kept the $100 delivery fee. I would not recommend this place, the service and quality is horrible."
"Don’t buy anything from them if you have somewhere else to go. I paid $469 for a GE refrigerator on Monday, should’ve been delivered that following Wednesday which is today. Bobby (owner or employee) told me I would get a call Wednesday morning to tell me what time it would be delivered. At 11:30 am today I called to see about the time because I didn’t hear from anyone. Malik or Bobby said it would be between 12 noon and 2.00 pm. Patiently waiting I had to call again at 2:30 pm to find out what time they were coming. Malik was rude by over talking me as I was asking questions and stated it was on the truck and would be hear at my house in 15 minutes. It never showed up and still no call explaining what was going on. At 4:30 pm I called and the man, maybe Bobby, stated the truck broke down and is currently being fixed on, but I should get it today but yet still over talking me while asking questions. Meanwhile my food was removed from the freezer and refrigerator sitting in coolers, from 12 noon. When I called again at 5:00 pm. Bobby was so rude and would not let me get a sentence in before cutting me off. After I hung up I then decided to get my money back at 5:30 pm, just for the disrespect I encounter over the phone. However I confirmed they close at 6:00 pm when I last talked to him. When I get there at 5:50pm the doors where locked but Bobby was standing outside talking about a car. I tried again to say better business would have been to give me a call and keep me updated on what was going on, However he didn’t want to hear it he said he is no stupid person and rudely denied he was not rude or cutting me off. When I looked to the left when I entered the store my refrigerator was in the same spot, it never left the store. Anyway, getting nowhere with his continued attitude he apparently credited my money back and have the receipt. I’m assuming I will see the credit in a few days. Meanwhile, I brought my neighbor with me and she saw on the window “deliver driver need”. I truly feel if I had a man with me they wouldn’t have been so rude. I should have known better from day one of them really not caring if I gave them business or not because they didn’t want to answer questions."
"I bought my refrigerator at this place last years. So I decided to go back for a washer. First of all, the customer service was not welcoming, but I still decided to go ahead and get a washer. We discussed the price, and he agreed to wait for my husband to come and finished the transaction. However, when he got there they told him that the washer has been sold. Finally, to tell me to come back tomorrow. LIKE ARE YOu SERIOUS. I should come back tomorrow. Wait"
"We were having issues with an older washer. They charge for the service call, but quickly identified the issue as being more than the washer was worth [not worth repairing]. They offered up the service charge as a discount on a replacement. It's been 2yrs and we have had no issues with the replacement, which was a fair price."
"Found their add on Craigslist and went to check them out. We had an older Kenmore washer that was not working. They made a home visit to check it out and determined that it was not worth repairing. Sold us a similar Whirlpool unit [delivered to the home, and picked-up the broken one] at a reasonable price that included the cost of the diagnostic. We were very comfortable with their services."
