"Even if you scan a product on their app to price check an item, they will not value the price on their own app and location. After several trips, and several calls to District Managers on different days, I decided it wasn't worth my time. They are only 2 miles away, but I drive to Crofton to get better service. Even the store Managers hands are tied. They will not or cannot adjust prices to match prices on their own.app. I always clip my coupons and make a list before going to store, and there is always an issue at the register with clipped coupons not coming off even if I scan all my items before placing them in my cart. I never had these issues when I lived in Upstate NY. IF there were issues the store Managers had the power to fix it if you showed them the price on the app or that a coupon didn't come. Very disappointed with the DG in Lanham. Several times I just counsel the entire transaction. I don't blame the cashiers. This DG and a couple of others, systems need to be updated or something. The question I always ask is "why have a manager in charge and never allow them to make any decisions."

"This store needs new management. Check your receipts.The price labeled is lower than what is charged at check out on almost every item. When I asked the clerk about it he said that the manager knows about the discrepancy but he still gets complaints all the time because of it. Also, I used to purchase one item in particular but now every time that I go it’s never in stock but the placement label is there."

"Rude staffs! Store hours 8am-9pm as shown. Arrived by 8:50pm and found them already closed. The female staff said cashier was done. I told them I just wanted to check the store availability of a product. I had the item number and the pic. No need to let me in if they would like to check it for me. The male staff constantly shook his head refusing to open the door or listen to what I was saying. Called store number later in my car seeing them walk around in store. It was 8:58pm. No one answered."

"The customer service is non assisting The line will be so so long and there will be only one cashier working and the manager will refuse to open another register but will stand and have a conversation with that one cashier while the customers are waiting in the long line. I have witness customers just throw there items down and walk out from frustration. The store is messy stuff and carts full of stuff are all over the place. The shelves are empty with boxes sitting in front of the shelves sometimes you will need to go through the boxes to found your item. If you request the manager open another line or a least help you will receive the biggest attitude from the manager and they will escape the scene having done nothing to alleviate the situation. Only go there if I have no choice."

"This store is always clean and neat. My eye doctor is next door so I started coming here periodically and i like this location better than the one by my house the manager is very friendly she even remembered me when I returned to the store. I always feel welcome and valued as a customer. Its convenient And i can get in and out ."
