"*Terrible experience* I scheduled a remote start installation with their soonest available appointment being 2 months out. On the day of my service 2 hours before my appointment it was canceled with no legitimate reason given. No attempt was made to reschedule me after being told multiple times the person who cancelled the appointment will call to reschedule me. Rescheduling in store or online would have resulted in another 2 month wait. I rarely have good experiences coming to this location I recommend choosing a different one."

"There is definitely a criminal element operating at this best buy location with the employees and order pickup. The investigation by the company is closed off we don't know if they even looked at cameras. This is a dying company that needs to just go away. I will be calling local authorities to investigate what is going on that this best buy since their management is taking no accountability along with corporate."

"I was waiting by the car radios for about 15 minutes waiting for an employee. Eventually I went to go find one. I saw a girl with a best buy hat on. I said “excuse me” to get her attention and she ignored me. After a few tries, she turned and said “I don’t work the floor. Go up there for help”. I went up to the front and the lady was nice but said that it was going to be a 10 minute queue for help. No worries. I went back and waited. It’s currently been another half hour and still haven’t received help. I saw a $250 radio that I wanted to buy but I’ve now wasted 45 minutes of my time just trying to get help. When I walked out, they’re like 5-6 employees just talking and hanging out up front. Nobody even told me to have a nice day or anything when I left. Zero acknowledgment and zero customer service."

"Terrible Best Buy location. The store looks like it's in the middle of a going out of business sale - empty shelves and unfinished displays everywhere. And there were no store associates available to help people - two other shoppers had to ask me to assist them. The few employees around were all dedicated to the cell phone station or door LP. Strong recommendation to avoid this store."
