"I recently had a great experience at this location Enterprise car rental service. During the check-in process, Dena was extremely helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to find an automatic car for me, despite it having a slightly higher daily rate. Her efforts made the rental process smooth and convenient. However, upon returning the car, I realized that I had left my sunglasses behind. Worried about losing them, I immediately reached out to Antony, a representative at the rental company. Antony was quick to respond and provided excellent assistance. He assured me that they would do their best to locate my sunglasses. To my relief, I received an email from Alexandra, another member of the team, stating that they had found my sunglasses and would hold them until someone could pick them up on my behalf and send it to the US. This level of customer service exceeded my expectations."

"I took my car in for installation of a rear dashcam. Jeff patiently explained where the camera can be placed. He did an excellent job installing the rear camera while tucking all the wires behind the panels. He also took care of tucking the wires from my non-professional front camera installation which I did. Very happy with the service he provided. Car was out the door in promised 2 hours. Highly recommend."
