I had to drop my car off last minute without an appointment due to an odd noise and wheel shake and they were able to take it in and look at it. I told them about other issues I was having on top of that, they were able to diagnose everything and Rob clearly explained every problem they found. We discussed what would be the best options to repair first based on my budget, and Rob was understanding and agreed with my choices. Other shops have pressured me to do things, like they were going to keep my car hostage if I didn’t, but I did not feel that way here at all. I felt they were honest and very knowledgeable! All repairs were performed within a very reasonable time, I was able to get my car back in 2 days when I for sure thought it would take longer! They kept me in the loop with everything going on.
