"Easily booked an appointment online the night prior. Brennan who was working the desk was very professional, personable, and thoroughly explained everything to me. I got one tire replaced. It was around $163 for the Assurance all-season tire. The appointment was quick and took 1 hr. The technician I spoke with was very kind as well. I recommend going here for any tire needs you might have."
"Had an emergency with a tire on my Honda Accord. Arrived at the store to get all 4 tires changed. The technician was very knowledgeable and provided with all the available options, which he very patiently went through with me in describing each one of the available options. He patiently listened to all my concerns and provided most valuable suggestions. The service was performed right away, and changed the tires in a timely manner. The staff at this location were very friendly and courteous as well. Would always chose to visit this store when in the area. I highly recommend this service center."
"I do not recommend bringing your vehicle to this shop. I came here for a routine oil and filter change. You would expect an in and out service of about 30 minutes right? Absolutely NOT ! Almost 3 hours there. This was rocket science to them. At some point there were 4 technicians under the truck trying to locate and remove the oil filter. Then, for whatever reason, all of the oil came out the engine and spilled over the floor. I had to ask the counter employee for a written statement because I could not trust their service and was fearing of some type of engine damage. Untrained staff, incompetence, negligence. You name it. Not recommended."
