"I went in there with the intention of purchasing a TV to replace my outdated one. I walked the TV isles as the staff chatted among themselves, not offering to assist me. No one else was in the TV section. The store was fairly empty. I left after about ten minutes. I suppose I can order one from Amazon."

"I was picking up an order from Samsung. I went to the pickup area. My case was there, but they said my phone was at the phone counter. I went over there and the queue was very long and not moving. Somebody came over and told me to go go the assistant at the door because she could get the phone for me. She told me that she couldn't and that I should go back to the phone counter. I complained, and she finally decided to get the phone for me. There's a complete lack of knowledge and communication here. Set aside at least an hour if you hope to pick up an item."

"This store's service shows why retail is dying. Do your own research online and check if the product is in stock before coming here, that way you don't waste time trying to find an employee who can help you with items. I did that, but still.... then I waited 10 minutes for a cashier to show up so I - the only customer in line - could check out. There were various employees milling around, going this way and that, but they didn't seem interested in the customers in the store."

"My local Best Buy is the only destination when looking for electronics. Big or small purchases they got you covered. If you’re looking for the latest gadget or a high definition television they got you covered. With price matching and tons of daily deals you cannot beat their prices, customer service and professionalism. On my most recent trip to Best Buy I went to purchase kitchen appliances for a renovation/remodel of our home. I needed a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, hood, microwave, and ice maker.
