"The store is immaculate. And has the self order kiosks that I liked. Food tasted great. Hot and fresh. My sandwich was slow in preparation time."

"I wanted this to be my favorite location as it is so conveniently placed but this place is meh. It looks understaffed, and the service is lacking...there is usually only 1-2 employees and they always look bored and emotionless, like a drone. Last week I ordered the new hash brown bowl with melty cheese and took a bite while still in the store...the melty cheese was ice cold. I asked about this and was told by both employees "that's how it comes". They indicated they had no way to heat up the cheese. I find this impossible to believe because what franchise would launch a new savory breakfast bowl to be served with cold cheese? And they have a microwave. Its one thing to do an avocado toast with prepackaged smashed avocado right out of the fridge... its another to dump cold cheese on hot hash browns. I may still visit this location periodically as a last resort for coffee, but they should really do better in this prime niche location if they want to stay open."

"The lady who helped me so kind. I was picking up donuts for work and she gave me a variety of everything. My drink was actually really good too."

"Literally terrible. The lady is very unfriendly. Borderline miserable. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Got to work and took a bite and no cream cheese. Opened it up and it was a small amount in a blob on one side of the bagel which did not taste like other Dunkin's bagels by the way. I feel like they're buying random bagels and not using Dunkin brand. Attempted to spread the cream cheese in the pic. Clearly was not enough to go around."

"The food tastes old and it smells and also Taste like some cleaning products. The lady it’s terrible and didn’t help at all. I just spend $21 dollars is not cool! My kid can even eat his breakfast now. I don’t recommend this place at all! Poor customer service l I just left the place now Nov 12, @ 11:56am!!!!"
