QDOBA Mexican Eats

"This review isn’t specific to this location but in general of Qdoba. I have complained about not being to order delivery from Qdoba. I have ordered delivery from Qdoba before. I have called Qdoba multiple times without getting successful help. Every person I spoke with said they will do a follow up but never did. So I assumed they didn’t appreciate me as a customer so I went back to chipotle. I have called door dash and they said that it’s not them it’s the restaurant. I dont know. So Qdoba doesn’t deserve my time or money anymore. Update I haven’t heard anything from Qdoba since posting this review"

"My daughter and I had the worse experience ever. The manager that worked January 16, 2023 at around 1:30 pm was arrogant disrespectful and insensitive. She mad our experience unpleasant in so many ways. I am not use to this because the owner of this location cares about his community. He is one of the only location that cares about ‘starving college students’ he continues to discount the entrees on Tuesdays because he know times are challenging, To have a employee working in this establishment comprises your mission and vision."

"I have been coming here for years, friends with the store manager. Unfortunately I have noticed a huge shift in customer service. The people here are rude, belittling, makes faces and all around should not be in customer service! I asked if the manager was available and was told he's no longer at this location. They need to bring a manager on-site immediately! Last week my husband and I noticed the guy in front of him received generous scoops and when it was his turn he was shorted on his, which results in him having to get double scoop and pay extra. It’s clear after seeing the staff communicate and laugh to one another. They get mad when you order a side of anything even if you're paying for it but if you don't, they'll get your order wrong and you won't have anything at all! I ordered a shell bowl today just for the girl to break the entire shell because she pressed both hands on top of the lid to push it down like it’s CPR. When I asked her to be careful she’s breaking the shell she looked at me with an attitude so I asked the cashier to help her close the lid gently but instead she just shrugged. I'm truly disgusted with this staff they shouldn't be left unsupervised! Update** I’m home now and I didn't ask for extra tomatoes and now I realized after telling the girl twice, she still put 0 tomatoes so now all I have is rice beans fajitas and corn...pictures for proof! Get a manager in here please!"

"Update: I changed my star rating from 5 to 1, because they removed the vegan meat option. I am glad a new Chipotle opened near me so I can get the sofritas option there. QDOBA just lost 2 regular customers. Shame on you... I love this place and prefer it over Chipotle. Fresher ingredients and more variety. Also the line here is usually shorter"

"Great place to get a bowl. The Mango shrimp Bowl was a great choice to get. Excellent service staff there to get your order correct."
