"I ate here because there were several vegan options. I ordered the “medium spicy” Dan Dan noodles. They were EXTREMELY spicy. I could not eat them. There was way too much chili oil. They need to put it on the side, or advertise it’s super spicy."
"Absolutely delicious! The Dan Dan noodles and mapo tofu are fantastic. Honestly , I think both are better than Panda Gourmet's and that's staying something. This is now my go-to lunch spot at union market. Make sure to pick up a jar of their chili crisp for home."
"Delicious every time. The spicy glass noodles in particular are a favorite! A lot of food for the price— I easily make two meals out of one order. Susie has been recommending dishes and there hasn’t been a dud yet. They are usually busy (whenever I’ve been there) so be prepared for a short wait, but it’s well worth it. It’s a Friday lunchtime tradition now!"
"Ordered mapo tofu and dan dan noodles it wasn't what I expected. Rice was overcooked and mapo had no original flavor. Dan dam noodles were lacking flavor and noodles were overcooked. We went to union station because of reviews. I am not sure if the cook or ingredients changed but do not recommend."
"Ordered the mapo tofu, and didn’t love it. The flavor was quite good, but it was very very salty. I know the dish is meant to be salty and eaten with white rice, but my rice was already saturated with the oil so it was difficult to eat it all. Nice people, good service and portion size, I’d try another dish, but not my favorite in union market this time around."
