"On time, finished work without wasting time and cleaned up after the job was complete! After posting the previous sentence, I received an email with an itemized invoice. I was stunned to learn that I was charged $144.38 (after my Whole Home Membership Discount had been applied) for the repairman to walk to his truck and retrieve 2 braided SS water supply hoses. I immediately called the office to plead my case and was told that they no longer invoiced by the item, but by the project. Therefore, I guess the "project" was to remove 2 hoses that were not leaking, put them back on after the new toilets were installed only to have one leak and then replace both hoses. My mistake was not asking the cost of the new hoses before I suggested they replace both! But why would I when a similar hose could be purchased at Lowes for less than $10.00. I have waited about a week to "cool down" and hopefully have management contact me as requested (they did not). At the very least ask lots of questions if you are having Regal complete work for you. If money is NOT important then they do nice but VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE work!"

"My mom has been having issues with her shower faucet. We called Regal to see if they could come out to do an estimate for the problem with our very old shower faucet and Ms. Katie was very nice and helpful. She has great customer service. She was able to get someone to come see us the same day. Mr. Kevin S. came out to look at our shower. He gave us an estimate and options on how to fix our issue. He was very patient with my mom and I while I translated all her questions in English and translated the responses to her in spanish."

If that's not enough, I was pleasantly surprised when they sent the final bill, which was hundreds of dollars less than what the contract stated! The reason listed was that they took less time than what they had allocated for the job! So you can add honesty to that long list of attributes which describe this amazing company. The installer and his helpers were 100% professional and did a great job getting us up and running. They made sure that everything was working perfectly before they even cleaned up to leave. I am very satisfied with Regal and will use them for future plumbing issues."
