"Customer service is not the best. Their system had a terrible mess up and I was getting called every other day claiming that I didn’t pay bills which I paid. I’ve never been once late. And they’re literally on the phone saying wow that’s not true you didn’t pay so so and so but yeah, I have proof on my side. Eventually they work their system out to show that all my payments were on time and at that they were all early and they had to put their foot in their mouth This is a terrible experience and I will never do this again I am paying off this laptop, and I will never buy anything from this company again."

"Bought a used bunk bed overpriced. Didn't walk out of the store and noticed it was too small for my kids yet wasn't allowed to switch it. There's nothing i can do, and it's just sitting there at home now without assembly. furniture and Jeff is the worst at helping resolve anything to help customers."

"Didn’t have my things delivered and then Jeff, the manager told me that I had to reschedule for them to deliver my washer and dryer so I got upset and hung up the phone. He didn’t even call back or send me a text horrible experience they told me. My washer and dryer was going to be delivered from 1 to 3 and it was 5 o’clock and my things still wasn’t delivered."
