"The manager (short Indian gentleman working on 11/25/2023 in the morning shift) Is extremely rude and unprofessional. When asking for an extra cup for coffee told me that I have to pay for a cup . This employee asked to charge me for a cup when I buy coffee from this establishment every single day. Then proceeds to talk in a condescending tone about why they can’t provide an additional cup that costs them less than 5 cents . This individual needs training in costumer service and needs to learn how to talk to repeat costumer’s and treat them . They lost a loyal costumer of 1 year because of Brian (sure that’s not his legal name) and his attitude ."

"Literally asked for hot coffee 3 times while ordering and then they show up with cold drinks. Then they try to guilt us for wanting what we ordered. Never going back."

"I asked for a nitro cold brew with foam. The man at the register asks what size, I say medium. “You can only get small” Not sure why I wasn’t just told that from the beginning I let it slide. A few moments later I get my drink and it’s not even filled halfway, sitting at the lowest line. Apparently, the only size I can get is an extra small. Never coming here again, which is a shame since my boyfriend and I liked to come here every Saturday and Sunday before taking our dog to the park. I probably would have saved money going straight to Starbucks…"

"Great corner coffee shop with plenty of seats inside and outside. Came in to get a latte but decided to get fancy and do the caramel latte which was too sweet for my taste. The place was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. My deink was quickly made so I was in and out in no time!"
