Chit Chaat Cafe - Best Indian Street Food in Vienna

"Considering the only 3 customers at the store and waited good 15 minutes. Turn out our food was placed in the take out bag behind the register the whole time. (Noticed perhaps the owner? Asked the front two guys why are we sitting at the store. ) The price is high, the food was ok. We thought to give it a try. Obviously not coming back especially got charged for the 9% tax on the bill."

"Ordered Chicken Biryani and Samosa chaat based on recommendations. Chaat was decent. I’m not sure about the quantity of biryani but my box was half filled. Biryani was extremely disappointing. First, it felt like someone just dumped biryani to cater for fast service. Second, I had small lumps of rice (as you can see in the picture) showing how overcooked the biryani was. Third, it was just bland, no flavor, felt like I was eating just rice and chicken and it didn’t taste fresh. Service could have been better if they were more communicative and vocal."

"So yummy and totally worth stopping on the way back to DC! The gentleman who helped us with our order was incredibly kind and patient while my friend and I mulled over the menu for at least 10 minutes. We intended to get our food to go but they ended up bringing out a couple of stools for us so we could enjoy some of our apps before heading back to the city. The food was delicious and appropriately portioned. About the prices I’d except to pay for the quality of food I received regardless of the location. My only regret was that I didn’t get more naan. Will definitely be back!"

"I’ve never been so excited for gas station food! Everything was delicious, and the service was super friendly. I’d never had something like the chili chicken before and was pleasantly surprised. And the mango lassi was super strong in mango flavor! Cant wait to have more."
