"Old school Italian restaurant reminiscent of golden days when ppl dressed up for dining out right in Vienna where Sergio has been greeting patrons for 40 yrs! As you walk in, the entrance is adorned with photos of who’s who near and far. The restaurant is a time capsule of so much Italianess, one is transposed to Moonstruck. Our lunch was excellent where we dined on veal, seafood pasta, filet carpaccio and a bottle of Brunello. They served warm bread with olive and sun dried tomato tapenade, both excellent, that came with cheese, compliments of the house. After dinner we were gifted vanilla biscotti which were perfection. We opted not to finish our meal off with limoncello, since we both had to be back in the office, lol. This is a FANTASTIC place!"

"A wonderful Italian restaurant that always makes you feel like one of family. Service is first class and the food is just like mom use to make. Many choices sure to please the most picky palette. The only restaurant I have been to that decant the red wine, sure to please any connoisseur. This is my must do restaurant anytime I am in the DC area. The owner greets you and makes sure all is well throughout dinner. The walls in the entryway, are covered by pictures of the famous who have eaten there many times. You will not be disappointed."

"We enjoyed our dinner at Ristorante Bonaroti. We made a reservation online, thinking we probably didn’t need to, but just in case. I’m glad we did because it was pretty busy. We were seated right away and a nice table in the back. We found the service top notch, and the food was delicious. I ordered the Chianti wine, chicken Parmesan and tiramisu. My husband had the chicken Sorrentino and part of my tiramisu. They also gave us some delicious biscotti. We will definitely go back."
