"A friend bought a used vehicle from this dealer and found that the vehicle had a mechanical problem. When she complained about the problem, the dealership took the vehicle to service it (WITHOUT LETTING HER GO ON THE ROAD TEST with the technician so that she could properly identify the problem) and kept the vehicle for a number of weeks. While they had the vehicle, my friend was without a vehicle the entire time and could not get honest updates on what the problem was. After she made numerous complaints and getting the "run around", they told her that they would "buy back" (NOT REFUND HER MONEY) the less than optimum vehicle; however, they refused to give her back the taxes and dealer documentation fee ($1500) that she paid for this defective vehicle (this is why they called it a "buy back" instead of a refund). BUYER BEWARE: THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF and the customer satisfaction only lasts until a car sale is made!!!"
