"Our dryer finally bit the dust and rather than pay the big box stores prices, we looked into this stores appliances. We previouly had bought our washer there and was happy with our purchase. So we took a look of what they had. The sales person was very helpful and courteous. After looking at this store we looked at the other stores. We decided to save some money and got the Kenmore dryer. Our other dryer lasted over 20 years so we went with another Kenmore. We took it home and it works GREAT!"

"Didn't have the part I needed, but it was a pretty uncommon part and with covid it's hard for anyone to stay stocked regardless anymore. Still worth leaving a positive review based on the staff. Guy was super friendly. If I do need any work, wouldn't hesitate to give them a call. Just a quick edit: I would also trust an appliance from them based on my interaction with them. I had an oven that was perfectly fine functionally, but had issues with the door. I didn't want to scrap a functional oven so I called them to see if they wanted to refurbish it. The gentleman on the phone appreciated the offer but made me aware that a door issue is usually one they can't fix and it still be up to the standard of reselling. Just thought that said a lot about their business and that they're not trying to pull fast one on the appliances they sell."

"I went in the store looking for a washer and dryer for my new home. They had a pretty large selection of products and the staff were able to explain the differences in them and were honest about one set being less expensive only because of the brand, not the functionality. Their set was very affordable and the delivery fee was minimal considering the hassle it saved in getting the machines home and trying to set them up myself. Well, on the day the set was supposed to be delivered, I got the times mixed up and was not there, which was admittedly completely my own fault. I was originally told that I would have to wait 2 more weeks to have it delivered because they are so busy, but later that day I got a call that they could deliver it the following day and they weren't even going to charge me the delivery fee again even though it was my mistake. My new home is old and has small entryways. The 2 men who came to deliver the machines went above and beyond to get them into my house. They expertly took parts off to make them fit in the doorways and put them quickly back together once inside. They hooked everything up and even ran them to test that they worked. This is the kind of customer service you only get from professionals at a local store. If it were from a big box store, I would have been out of luck. Not only are they affordable, but they really care about their customers. I will definitely be making large appliance purchases from them in the future."
