"I now buy all my major appliances from Heidelbaugh's rather than a big-box store. I don't even compare prices because Heidelbaugh's will service what they sell. Just had a new dishwasher delivered yesterday because the old one (which I'd bought from Sears) had begun to leak and it wasn't worth the trouble of trying to find someone to try to repair it or try to find parts. When we were looking for a new fridge ten years ago, we tried shopping at Lowe's and couldn't even find a sales person....when I walked into Heidelbaugh's looking for a dishwasher, Salesman Dan promptly showed me the features and convinced me that the model I'd been looking for was not the best choice and steered me towards a LESS expensive model which had an important-to-me feature. And the installers who came to my house yesterday, Steve and Levi, were obviously quite experienced and did a good job. When I needed service on a front load washing machine I'd bought from them years ago, the repairman came out promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it (the first time)...and years later when the machine developed a similar problem, the same repairman came out, told me the repair would be prohibitively expensive and I bought a replacement top-load washer from him (via his phone contact with the office staff) with delivery just a few days later. Yep, Heidelbaugh's is a great family-owned business who provides great service. They are my go-to place for appliances from now on!"

Speed Queen Washer and Dryer is so much better than the 'box' stores can offer. Steve gave great advice on the use, the registration process with Speed Queen and so much more. They left a mess of sawdust on my counters and floor, and big holes in my cabinet, and when I called the shop, they sent a “ more experienced” service person, who replaced a washer so the microwave shouldn’t fall through the holes. It seems that the sales and service departments don’t care about the customer and quality of work."
