"I have purchased a few appliances from them. I have always gotten great service until now. I live outside of the area and before I purchased my washer I asked if there where any issues would they be open to travel to repair. I was told that they would with a fee. I was ok with that. I have had my washer for a year and a few days it has broken down twice. I am now unable to use my washer and they are no longer responding to my calls or text messages. If you are unable to come fix it it would be nice for you to just say that. Over the years I was told that their customer service has gone down. This is the first time that I am now experiencing this poor customer service. I now have to purchase a new washer after I just bought this one a year ago. I love supporting local businesses but this is not how you handle customers who have purchased with you for years. Do better!!! Don’t oversell your services and under deliver."

"After trying to be my own repair-woman, using YouTube and Google, and toooooo many phone calls to count, and not getting anywhere… John’s service saved my sanity!!!! He and his wife went ABOVE AND BEYOND to talk me through and get me the parts I needed to fix my dryer. I couldn’t be more thankful for their help and outstanding customer service! "Wish I could give more stars, honestly. I bought a washer. It works great, but any place who sells appliances should sell a working washer. What I was so impressed with was the customer service! When shopping for the unit, the woman at the shop was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even took the time to chat with me about trouble I was having with my dryer as well. Then, when the delivery came, the man was so polite, efficient and knowledgeable, too. He also took extra time to explain the functions of my new washer. When it was time to pay, I had put the money in an envelope. He opened it, counted it and rejected the $15 tip I had included. He said that he would get a few bucks from scrap for my old washer and that he wouldn't accept a tip. Anyway, the price was great and I won't buy appliances anywhere else from now on!"

"Amazing people! We needed a new washer and dyer and ended up buying used from John's Appliances after getting many recommendations. They were clean and looked brand new. We got both for about $525 total and they came with a 1 year warranty. The women (I cannot remember her name) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I had also told her about our stove (we bought new at home depot) had started to chip above the burners and now we had a huge area that was bare metal. She sent me home with appliance paint to touch up my stove and just asked me to return it when we came back for our washer and dryer. I've had my washer and dryer for about a month now and they both run perfectly! I could not be happier with our decision to buy from John's. Thank you!"

"My wife and I have bought several appliances from John, everyone of them have been working just like new. Once my dryer had a problem he came the same day with all the equipment he needed to fix it and it was in working order within an hour of calling him. He is very knowledgeable on all his products. We have just moved and are going back to him for more appliances. He has the best prices and they are very reasonable. He and his staff are very accommodating and help with any questions about the products. Also he will deliver whatever we get and makes sure it is working properly before he leaves. I am looking forward to going back for the next item I need."
