"I been coming here for the past 7 years and I have many great things to say about this store. But recently one employee stood out more than any in the past 7 years his name is Kevin he always treats people with so much respect and kindness. He is a great young man and it’s truly a highlight of my day every morning."

"A+++ service, this morning I was greeted by Shervin, one of the baristas, his energy brightened my day, good to know there’s still some good on this earth haha. I entered the store and I was hit with the immediate “Good morning sir, how can I help you today?” With an ear to ear smile, now that’s what I call good service. I think I found my new go-to Starbucks. Great Coffee, great food, and especially great customer service. P.S. get the ham and Swiss croissant, thank me later XD."

"The barista was great. I didn't get his name, but had great energy. I would come back for the service alone. Just fyi, they were out of some fan favs like the Gouda breakfast sandwich, but the drink was tasty."

"The staff here are horrible. This place is relatively close to me and I never want to come here because of how badly I am treated. I was not properly greeted and when I was acknowledged, I was asked “what do you want to order?” Needless to say, I will not be returning here no matter how much I typically enjoy Starbucks. This place needs new staff and I’d management does not care of the quality of customer service then this is not a good representation of Starbucks."

"recently this starbucks has been very unpleasant. despite the nice atmosphere of customers my last view visits have been nothing but plain wrong. I ordered an iced drink that was hot with ice in it and took 30 minutes to prepare, didn’t even taste like tea. Like watery breast milk instead of oat milk inside as well. Tried a mobile order before hand and took them 30 minutes as well, i ve missed my bus twice waiting for them, the newest barista does not know what they’re doing and the staff do not seem to communicate. Even when there are 3+ baristas working at once it takes them absolutely forever. I don’t usually write reviews but i’ve never been anywhere this low quality."
