"The owner was extremely pleasant and chatting with a couple regulars when we walked in! They let us know they come in about once per week. The frosting on each cupcake was delicious but the cupcakes themselves were hit or miss in terms of moist/flavorful cake or dry/lacking flavor. I do agree they were a bit pricey given the size but with inflation I can understand why. Overall it was a pleasant experience."

"Limited inventory and not very fresh. The 1 employee said he works 7 days a week and had came in late on this Sunday morning, so didn’t have time to make cupcakes. I had called a day in advance to let him know I would be coming in for a dozen mixed cupcakes for a birthday. Same quality available at a grocery store for a fifth of the price for a dozen cupcakes (over $50). I would have been happy to pay for quality and uniqueness. Disappointing."

"I was in town on a last minute visit and was passing by Cup Love…thought I’d swing in(because who doesn’t love a good cupcake!) It was early, the case wasn’t even full as he was just opening the store, so I wasn’t sure what to expect…so I bought a Vegan Cup Cake and a Coconut Cupcake. That coconut cupcake was absolutely delicious!!!! The vegan was pretty good as well, better than most vegan bakery items I’ve tried at other bakeries. I am a baker myself and extremely picky about bakeries. It’s worth the trip into Baltimore in my opinion. I’ll be back to try the other flavors. Good job and keep up the good work. Service was excellent as well, nice guy! Send him lots of business y’all, we need to keep these Mom n Pop stores open!"

"I've only ever ordered cupcakes for delivery so I can't comment about the staff or the shop itself. But the cupcakes are very good. They're my go-to for random sweet cravings when I don't feel like going out. The vanilla ones are my favorite but the red velvet is good as well. The marshmallow flower ones are interesting in a good way. The cupcakes always arrive well-packaged with a temper-proof sticker. I will continue getting delivery from here when the cupcake craving comes again!"
