"It’s a hit or miss depending on who’s making your drink. The first time it was a lady with blond hair and she made a perfect java mint Frappuccino. I went there a week later and it was a younger black girl and she made a disgusting matcha Frappuccino. It lacked taste and the layers separated."

"Their system shut down in the drive thru as we were ordering, and that really would not have been a problem, but it was handled so terribly. The woman on the headset had a serious attitude problem. We were in a hurry this morning and needed to get out of the drive thru, especially if we were unable to order food or drinks, but the staff spent 20 minutes with the car in front of us at the window - blocking us into the drive thru. And, just to emphasize, this all would have been fine if the staff was not so rude. I would not recommend this particular location to anyone."

"Fast and good drink quality but NOT the typical Starbucks friendly, warm environment place to meet and chat with your peep. You simply can't talk here, you cant' be here more than ten minutes without headaches. Loud, loud loud, rap music. politely request them to turn down a notch and it last for 10 minutes. It's painful to have to come here. But only one in immediate neighborhood, but I try to just go down the road to Panera."

"Probably the slowest employee I’ve ever encountered on speed wise. Super nice but I waited approx. 15 mins from the time I walked up to getting my iced dragon drink. Not an issue if busy but with one employee and one customer with a drink that isn’t even coffee or blending."
