Dunkin'

"The Manager placed drinks and called out names. We had several drinks. We asked about contents because none were labeled. He said, “pay attention and you will know…”. Who says that? It’s DUNKIN DONUTS. Your coffee has to be right and the customer has the right to ask which coffee is whose! Be prepared for the rudeness and just smile and say, “hey, apparently you are having issues. I hope you have a better day.” Ridiculous."

"Horrible service. There was a line of 4-5 people and I saw that there were kiosks to order food…. The kiosks were functional and accepting orders, then the cashier yells at me and calls me a “F’ing idiot and get in the line.” I often see people opt to order straight from a person rather than use a kiosk…so I’m not sure how it was obvious I should just stand in line?!?! I never expect much from a Dunkin Donuts…but I guess a Dunkin Donuts at a travel plaza managed to lower the bar."

"First of all, this place charges $6.83 for a medium iced coffee with oat milk and 3 pumps of unsweetened flavoring (standard), which is wild already, and then I get my coffee and it's no joke 60% water. I obviously didn't say anything because the lady was nice but I had been looking forward to this coffee my entire drive and it ruined my day and maybe my life. It was also lukewarm"

"The coffee was good, food was okay. Service was, meh. At least they were fairly quick for a store without any grownups working there."
