"This is the slowest starbucks in Harford County. It’s always short staff. This is my second time waiting 20 minutes for my order. I recently placed my order online and it still wasn’t close to being ready when I got there. The staff is friendly but the wait time is horrible"
"Don’t stop here unless you have 30 minutes to spare. For the past year I’ve come here about once a week, and I would say my order is wrong about 50% of the time. The staff seems to change on a monthly basis. Also-this is the only Starbucks location I use the mobile order feature. Unless you order ahead you will wait an insane amount of time. Definitely don’t use the drive thru, once you’re in it you can’t get out and again-it’s about 30 minutes start to finish."
"First time to ever visit this Starbucks. I had some to spare between a wedding and reception and thought to grab a drink passing by. The drive-through line was about 6 cars long so I went in. That could’ve been a mistake. With six people behind the counters I figured it wouldn’t take too long. After ordering two drinks, I waited 15 minutes. There was one associate who made ALL the drinks and was working her butt off. Location is great but store was not very clean. Probably will not to visit this Starbucks again."
