"A friend and I went to Darcars Toyota Parts Center today. When he got back to the car he told me about his horrible experience. He went looking for parts for his Toyota. He talked to the young girl who has short hair and big hole earrings. She looked and acted bored like she did not want to be there. Instead of being helpful and cheerful, she act annoyed and bothered."

"I just wanted to write about my experience at DARCAR's Rockville. We received great service working with Mr. Shirazi. We went in on Saturday Jan 16. We had an idea of what we wanted and we were pleased that Mr Shirazi took the time we needed to find us a Jeep Trailhawk to meet our specific needs. He was very knowledgeable and really went out of his way. We had had a black car before and knew we didn't want another one so he looked around and was able to find us one in the brown tone we wanted the same day! He walked us through the set up of all the electronics on it. The finance person that assisted us was able to get us the rate we were looking for as well on the finance part of the deal. We walked in at 10:30 am and left at 4pm with our new Jeep Trailhawk 2021-- Thank you Mr. Shirazi and Omar and everyone else that was part of our buying and shopping experience -- it help me and my husband with some of the pressures of buying a new car! "I ordered a passenger side mirror for my 2016 Toyota RAV4 online and had slight issues being 100% certain that this was the right product based on the description online/my failed attempt at ordering the product from an outside company in the past. A representative from 355 Toyota called me the next day to walk me through the purchase and confirm for me that it was, indeed, the proper product. The order was placed and delivered to my door in a timely manner.
