"If you are looking for honest people to help you with your car, this is the place. I got a flat early one morning and got towed here. Sam was kind and courteous from the get go, explaining the issues and helping me find a quick fix. The shop called me later that day to explain that the problem was much larger than just a flat tire and helped me get what I need to get the car to the dealership to get it repaired. They were straight forward, communicative, and honest throughout. I will definitely be brining my car back here for any tire needs."

"Never goto Mr. Tire they charged my company for work that wasn't done. Last week I had a flat so I dropped off the rim and tire on Wednesday so that they would have time to order the correct tire. I let them know that I would be coming back Saturday morning to get an oil change and have the studs that were damaged replaced. When I dropped off my truck Saturday morning I reminded them that it needed an oil change and the wipers replaced. When I came to pick up the truck I noticed that the spare was still on the truck but it had been put on the rear. When I asked why wasn't the new tire put on, I was told that he didn't know that there was another tire to be replaced. And the reason was because the wrong tire was put on the rim (a tire that was NOTHING like the other 3) So now I have to wait until Monday to get my truck fixed. When I looked at the invoice I noticed that they put front brakes on it (without asking me) and "Resurfaced" the rotors. As you can see from the pictures that the rotors were never resurfaced, which now will make the pads wear prematurely. They charged me for wiper blades that were supposed to be replaced, but are sitting on the front seat of my truck because I just got them today. What's really messes up is now I have to come out of my pocket to fix this"
