"I needed a new battery and just couldn't afford the two hours that brick and mortar places were telling me that I'd need to leave my car so they could do the work. Enter Cars & Trucks Battery Service. They made it so easy and convenient. I called in the afternoon and got an appointment for the next morning. I got a call from the tech when he was on his way, and the service was done in what felt like no time. I don't expect I'll need a battery soon, but the next time I do, they'll be my first (and only) call."

"My battery completely died and my car wouldn't turnover. I researched this place the night prior to calling and it had great reviews. I called the customer service number around 8am on a snowy morning in which we got about 4". I spoke with someone on the phone, they were able to take my information and quote me a price on the spot, which was reasonable. Given the circumstances, they weren't able to make it in the originally quoted timeframe, but it's completely understandable given the latter. Ernest was my technician and was sending me updates via text to keep me in the loop on ETA. Once he arrived, he gave me a call. I went outside and Ernest was able to take out the old battery and install the new one in less than 10 mins (in the snow). He was able to also process my payment via card and give a text and a printed receipt. Very nice guy, good at his job, and great customer service. Hopefully, I'll never have to use this service again, but if I do, I will certainly be giving them a call."

"Professional, efficient and affordable. I called on 11/14 due to my battery being completely dead. They were able to come out the next day. The price was also $200 cheaper than BMW quoted me to drive to the dealership and replace the battery. Robel did a great job, arrived on time and I was very happy to have my car working again within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this service."

"I don't usually do reviews, but I was astonished by this company's service. I had a dead battery in an underseat, difficult to replace location. After looking for batteries and seeing that most places recommended professional installation, I called Cars and Trucks Battery service and they quoted a price not much more than I would have spent on just a battery. They said it.would be an hour to hour and a half but the service tech showed up in 30 minutes. Replaced the battery in.20 minutes and they were on their way. I am very pleased and grateful."
