"I took my child for a breakfast sandwich this morning. The manager actually threw our bag onto the counter to give to the driver thru person to hand us our food. I mentioned to the person handing me the food and said, wow your manager isn't acting properly. I was told she is angry they got an order for 30 hashbrowns. I responded and said a manager shouldn't be behaving this way. And remember every order you guys get pays your checks. This location has gone downhill in the last 3 months."

"Horrible drive-through service sat and waited for almost 45 minutes. Got multiple orders wrong in front of me. Unacceptable. Never my life had I had to wait to fast food this long I can get my food faster in a restaurant. Step it up McDonald’s."

"The food was okay. They messed up my order and had to fix it. The manager was very nice. He offered a refund and I denied it. I didn't want free stuff I just wanted what I ordered. Over all it was an okay experience just wish it would have been right the first time."

"I am writing this review for the manager Amber specifically handling my concern as a patron. I go to this location a lot for my kids & for doordashing. There’s an employee there that just really makes me unsettled when I go inside or through drive thru. The crew member at second window offered me to speak to a manager and when I tell you Amber did her job. She did her job. She made me feel better and explained that not only will she address the concern that day but has made firm disciplinary actions if the employee did it again in the future. Amber offered me a free meal, but it wasn’t even necessary. I will continue to go to this location because it’s one of my favorites!"

"They have horrible customer service and wait times. I had to wait over thirty minutes, and I walked out after that. Half of the employees were standing around and laughing, rather than serving customers or making food. The one person that did serve customers was extremely hostile and screamed at this poor elderly lady who was confused about her meal. It was clear that the staff thought the customers were a burden. The manager wouldn’t even show their face, and it was clear that they weren’t managing the place properly."
