"We arrived at this Starbucks 3 minutes before closing and was told by a young lady sitting upfront that they would be closing in 3 minutes and would only be taking credit cards. No problemas so when we approach the counter to order, the other young lady stated that she was close, and as a matter of fact, the register was close by her as well This is very unacceptable and just rude customer service from Starbucks. First of all, you're not close yet, and it's not closing time because the door was still open. Common courtesy and great customer service don't cost you anything at all. It's really sad that this is the best you can do.. We will be calling customer service later on"
