"Terrible. Do not use. My go-to place, Sterling Appliance, did not have the part I needed. Sterling somehow knew Trible's had it and recommended I call them. I did and Trible's said they had to order it from their Atlanta store and it would be here within 3 days. On the 3rd day I had not heard from Trible's so I called them. The counter person just said, nope, don’t see it and hung up. I called back and asked if they could tell me where it was? Did they have a tracking number? Could they tell me when it might show up? Nope. Nope. Nope. I try to give local businesses my business, but with a company like this - never again. Terrible, terrible customer service. I would not recommend them for anything. Ordered it on-line and will have the part day after tomorrow."

"the worst appliance supply that i have ever dealt with, I bought a drain pump for Whirlpool washer machine and i decided to return it after couples days, because my old part is working fine. When i came to return the new part , they were angry and tough and never been respectful. They said this part should not be returned because of there policy. i told them that the part was used it for testing only for 1-2 minutes. I tried to negotiate with them but they looked very tough and without any kindness."
