"Terrible. Do not use. My go-to place, Sterling Appliance, did not have the part I needed. Sterling somehow knew Trible's had it and recommended I call them. I did and Trible's said they had to order it from their Atlanta store and it would be here within 3 days. On the 3rd day I had not heard from Trible's so I called them. The counter person just said, nope, don’t see it and hung up. I called back and asked if they could tell me where it was? Did they have a tracking number? Could they tell me when it might show up? Nope. Nope. Nope. I try to give local businesses my business, but with a company like this - never again. Terrible, terrible customer service. I would not recommend them for anything. Ordered it on-line and will have the part day after tomorrow."

"the worst appliance supply that i have ever dealt with, I bought a drain pump for Whirlpool washer machine and i decided to return it after couples days, because my old part is working fine. When i came to return the new part , they were angry and tough and never been respectful. They said this part should not be returned because of there policy. i told them that the part was used it for testing only for 1-2 minutes. I tried to negotiate with them but they looked very tough and without any kindness."

"Don’t depend on this place and commit with your customers to fix appliances, as we are medium sized company we order 1000’s parts in a day. when you go to pickup the parts they show you the hell and remember bulk order better go to Fairfax or Alexandria nice people and excellent service. #No respect# No customers service# only one nice guy, thank to him only#"
