I needed a car battery unexpectedly (I had been traveling all day) and the employees advised that they wouldn’t be able to help me because there were only 2 people working in the store. Luckily, there were ONLY 2 people working at the Auto Zone in Shippensburg and they were amazing! The car battery was installed in 15 minutes and they were very helpful."

"I had car troubles while passing through the area. I found John to be a great help in assisting me getting back on the road. They didn’t have the exact part I needed, but if I had more time, they could have gotten me the correct one. Unfortunately, I was pressed for time and it was very important to me to get right back on the road, so John helped me by providing me with a viable solution. Other staff members were friendly and attentive as well. The prices are reasonable here. The store appeared to be clean and well organized. Thank you!"

"It was a very bad experience yesterday. I went to buy wiper blades. There was nobody asking me if I needed help. I purchased the wrong wiper blades. She helps me get the right ones at least I thought she did. I went bought a second pair after refunding the first ones. She said these wouldn’t work either. She seen I was upset so she didn’t make me refund or pay for the third ones. She just charged me the price of the second ones. It was my worst experience at Auto Zone. I will not be returning to the Chambersburg, PA Autozone store."
