"Associate was very nice. However, when I called to order in a part, I was told that I had to come into the store to pay for it by a certain time so that the part could be put on the truck. I live 45 min away and asked if I could give my credit card information over the phone so that I didn’t miss the deadline. I was told it is company policy that they can’t do that and that I had to come into the store to pay in person before they could order the part. That is about the dumbest policy I have ever heard of. By the time I got to the store, the truck had left early so I was not able to get the part. I am now traveling to Harrisburg to get the same part for half the price from a competing store."
