"This Pennsylvania Propane Gas Company is exceptional. Where people can give a 4 star, I can't understand. Here is an example-- Yesterday, it was 9 degrees and the propane man came and filled my tanks. A lady in our office lives in Stahlstown. The propane driver still had propane in his truck. Instead of going back to the facility, (like I would in the cold) he knocked on the door and asked if he needed propane. What a blessing because she was going to call to get a refill anyway and they were low. I can't say enough about how kind they all are and how hard they work. I have had other companies and there is no comparison. So, if you want to complain please reconsider; you already have the best Propane company possible. Count your blessings."

"Initially found a little difficult to work with related to LiHEAP. However, I believe it may have been related to communication between LiHEAP and the Fuel Company. Once things were ironed out, so to say, delivery was fine. The misfortune, I suffered without propane fuel for just over 1 week. Simply not a good thing! Two thumbs up to delivery man Drew! He was great to work with in the initial setup."
