"I waited months on the wait-list to hear back. I never heard back so I emailed again and was told there was an opening. Once there was an opening my emails still didnt get answered within a week. Once I had finally established regular sessions, they were often missed by my therapist and I was not notified they were not going to be there that day. Nobody from the practice would reach out to let me know, except for one instance. After many missed sessions, my therapist took days to respond to my rescheduling attempts and eventually stopped responding all together. On top of that, rates were raised. The actual sessions themselves were good but still left me wanting more help. Hopefully my experience is an outlier and not the norm."
